3.14.  Product Claims. No claims as to any products offered by 4Life may be made except those contained in Official 4Life Materials. In particular, no Affiliate may make any claim that 4Life products are useful in the cure, treatment, diagnosis, mitigation or prevention of any diseases. Such statements can be perceived as medical or drug claims. No Affiliate may use photos or other representations of 4Life products that make implied claims that 4Life products are useful in the cure, treatment, diagnosis, mitigation or prevention of any diseases.

An Affiliate is fully responsible for all of his or her verbal and/or written statements made regarding 4Life products, services, and the Marketing and Compensation Plan [SPA] which are not expressly contained in Official 4Life Materials. Affiliates agree to indemnify 4Life and hold it harmless from any and all liability including judgments, civil penalties, refunds, attorney fees, court costs or lost business incurred by 4Life as a result of the Affiliate's unauthorized representations or actions. This provision shall survive the cancellation of an Affiliate's Affiliate Account.
